ONE: Phillips Design has a no refund policy.
TWO: We require 24 hours cancellation time before your appointment or a $75.00 one hour minimum will be charged.
THREE: For all jobs outside the central Ohio area, we require a 4 hour/$300.00 minimum (contact us to determine our generous idea of what “outside the central Ohio area” means!). For all jobs outside Ohio, we require a 4 hour/$300.00 minimum per day as well as fuel and hotel; we will be responsible for food.
FOUR: As of the current date, our hourly rate is $75.00/hr. unless you have a computer maintenance agreement with us (see https://pdesign.net/computer-maintenance-agreements-2/).
